It’s more than a PR. Running will change your life for the better. Running is a stress relief; it connects you with life long friends, and empowers you to push beyond your limits. Hi, my name is Courtney Gilreath and I have been coaching cross country and track for over 10 years. I grew up running and competed on the high school and collegiate level. After college, I started running marathons and half marathons as a change of pace. Recently, my husband and I welcomed our first child and learning how to return to running postpartum has given me a deeper appreciation for the sport and a unique perspective for coaching. I look forward to working with all ages and all ability levels!
